La Grenouille

recipe la grenouille kitchen If you like good French food in New York, check this review of La Grenouille.

By all evidence, the current Times critic finds French food boring, so I doubt he has plans to spend much time at La Grenouille. But were he to review it again, I doubt that it would retain its three-star status, as I can think of any number of better restaurants to which he has awarded only two. The overall experience is still one of gracious luxury, but the cooking has probably seen better days.

I am frequently in NYC and have been for the past 35 years.I have yet to find a restaurant that can consistently compare to La Grenouille.Dining is an experience and La Grenouille exudes the graciousness and charm dining should be.The diner should try lunch at La Grenouille during the week.It is absolutely transcending.Only have lunch when you have 2 hrs to leisurely induldge. You may not be a billionaire but you will certainly feel like one.
