Pumpkin Cookies
Pumpkin cookies
start with pumpkin seeds.
To roast pumpkin seeds, wash in colander, dry seeds, and then toss in a small amount of vegetable oil. Salt seeds and spread on cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
